I did not receive a confirmation mail - what now?

First, please check if the mail possibly landed in the spam or junk folder of your email provider or if your email provider possibly blocked the mail and it couldn't be transmitted due to this. 

Is this not the case then please contact the support team. As soon as they can confirm your date, they will send you a new email.

Should the new email also not reach you, then we kindly ask you to change your email provider for a registration on
