I can't confirm my e-mail address, what now?

During the profile creation process, you will receive an activation code to the e-mail address with which you register on Kaufmich.com.

You must enter the 6-digit numerical code sent to you for verification via your profile in order to confirm that your e-mail address can be reached. The activation code expires after 24 hours and must be requested again after this period.

Please also check the spam folder of your e-mail inbox, directly on the page of your e-mail provider, as our system messages can sometimes arrive there.

If you do not receive an activation code, click/tap on 'You didn't receive an email?' to have a new one sent to you.

Enter the same e-mail address that you used to create your profile and click / tap on 'Send'.

If you do not receive an activation link in your email inbox (spam folder), please contact our support team.

To do this, log in to the e-mail provider whose e-mail address you used to create your profile and send us your message directly from there to: kontakt@kaufmich.com
