How do I report a Date review, and can I have reports deleted?

If a date review or an associated comment violates our rules for date reviews, it can be reported to Support for review.

To do this, click/tap on the “Report-symbol” in the field of the date review or comment. The date review will then be checked; it will be removed if it violates the rules, and the creator will be sanctioned if necessary.

A new window then opens in which the reason for the message can be selected.

The comment function also gives you the opportunity to comment once on the date partner's date reviews.

Deletion of date reviews

Date reviews can only be deleted if they contain a breach of the rules. This includes, for example, insults, denunciations, political statements, AO services, or the mentioning of real/contact details.

Date review can also be requested for changes or deletion by their creator.
In this case, the recipient of the date review must independently ask the creator to contact our support team to request the deletion/change.

The change request must be sent directly to kontakt@kaufmich.com via the e-mail address verified in the profile.
