Sometimes messages are sent that are not intended to establish personal contact. Instead, they are intended to promote various websites and services and are commonly known as spam.
Although we use technical methods to put a stop to so-called spammers/scammers as quickly as possible, some still manage to send messages before they are blocked.
Please do not respond to these messages and do not click on the links often sent with them (very often shortened links such as bit.ly, tinyurl or cutt.us), as you will otherwise be redirected to websites that you would not normally visit.
You can report these messages to our support at any time.
Simply click/tap on the “warning triangle symbol” in the message in question.
Important: Avoid forwarding the content of the spam message to others as a warning. This could lead to our system classifying your message as spam, which in the worst case could lead to your account being automatically blocked.
