It is possible to set a message filter that only allows contact for previously defined users.
The message filter can include age / gender / membership status / verification progress (verified phone number, verified profile picture) and nationality and can be customized according to preferences. If one of these parameters does not match the customer's profile details, contact is prevented and a system message with the note ‘...currently unavailable’ is displayed.
For data protection reasons, no further information about the background may be transmitted, so we would ask for your understanding at this point.
The message filter can be adjusted accordingly in the profile via - Settings / Content filter & ignore list / Message filter.
