The Prostitute Protection Act (ProstSchG for short) has been in force in Germany since 01.07.2017. Among other things, the “condom obligation” (Section 32) was enshrined in this law.
This means that advertising for and inquiring about sexual services, such as sexual intercourse without a condom, is prohibited under Section 32 (3) ProstSchG.
Accordingly, any advertising for or request for AO, regardless of the type of sexual service, is prohibited.
It must also be taken into account - that any intercourse in which sexual organs are used is legally considered sexual intercourse. This means that unprotected oral intercourse, for example, is actually sexual intercourse!
Violations of this law can be punished with fines of up to 10,000 euros for prostitutes and up to 50,000 euros for clients.
As Kaufmich takes this law very seriously, we therefore strictly prohibit the advertising or solicitation of AO (all without).
The ban covers all content on our site and applies to:
- Profile texts. Blogs and events
- Videos (including porn that has already been filmed)
- photos
- all media offers
- any requests (also indirect or as an innuendo)
- any offers (also indirect or subliminal)
We are committed to the health of all our users and will act accordingly in such cases.
- Any first-time violation of this rule will be punished by us with a 3-day profile ban.
- Repeated violations will lead to a permanent blocking of the profile and permanent exclusion from our community.
Profile sanctions - AO (All without)
Offers of or requests for unprotected sex of any kind will result in a 3-day profile ban on the first offense.
Profiles with corresponding profile text will also be blocked for 3 days and the public texts removed.
The system will automatically unblock the profile after 3 days.
In the event of repeated violations, the profile will be permanently blocked!
