Since 2017, Germany has the Prostitutes Protection Act (ProstSchG for short) - among other things, it lists the "Kondom Pflicht" (condom obligation) (§32).
"Customers of prostitutes as well as prostitutes must ensure that condoms are used during sexual intercourse," the relevant text of the law states.
Kaufmich takes this law very seriously and prohibits any advertising of AO (Alles Ohne) - which includes:
- Videos (including porn that has already been shot)
- Photos
- Inquiries
- Offers
Kaufmich has to deal with multiple reports from escorts reporting requests from clients of this kind every day. These kind of requests are sanctioned by us with a profile ban for 3 days. Repeated violations against this lead to a permanent ban.
Likewise, also escorts are not allowed to make this kind of offers or advertisements on Kaufmich - we are strongly committed to the health of all and then act equally in these cases!
Profile punishment with AO
Offer of, as well as demand for unprotected sex of all kinds, leads to a 3-day ban of the profile, no matter how the question/offer was formulated; the ban is automatically lifted by the system again after these 3 days. Profiles with corresponding profile text will also be banned accordingly and the public texts removed. In case of repeated violation, the profile will be permanently banned!
Attention: offers of AO also include already shot porn, movies, videos or other media offers!!!
